Volunteer Telephone Befrienders are required in Powys. They are we are working at full capacity and still need volunteers to help reduce loneliness and isolation. As well as telephoning, volunteers are needed to contact people online, by text or email or a friendly letter in the post. Regular contact is making a huge difference to our most vulnerable communities in Powys - 10 minutes of volunteer time can literally be a lifeline.
