Severn Wye offers free, practical energy advice to individuals and households across Powys. Their expertise and access to funding means they can reduce or wipe out energy debts for people in crisis, help negotiate the best tariffs and affordable repayment plans, and give people the confidence to manage their energy use in future.
Support includes:
- Home visits with tailored energy-saving advice
- Help communicating with energy suppliers
- Support with applications to a range of funds
- Help understanding and getting the most out of smart meters
- Priority Services Register sign-up
- Carbon monoxide safety awareness.
